We use only high-quality natural materials such as 100% virgin wool for our products. Since this is a pure natural material, small knots or lint may occasionally appear on the surface in areas exposed to heavy wear – this effect is known as pilling.
This is a natural property of the material that may give the product a slightly worn look but does not affect its functionality or quality in any way.
The small knots can be easily removed by hand or carefully with a fabric or lint shaver.
