These casual shoes are made from recycled ocean PET plastic and combine sustainability with everyday practicality. With proper care, the material, shape, and wearing comfort will be preserved for a long time.

Material overview:

  • Upper material: recycled PES (ocean PET)

  • Inner material: recycled PES

  • Insole: recycled PES

  • Outsole: rubber (natural rubber, synthetic)

 

1. Everyday care

With regular wear, dust and dirt can settle into the textile fabric. Gentle cleaning prevents dirt from becoming embedded.

  • Regularly remove light dirt with a soft cloth or brush

  • Allow heavy dirt to dry before brushing it off

  • Air out shoes well after wearing 🌬️

 

2. Washing – gentle & eco-friendly

Casual shoes made from recycled PET are machine washable if the following care instructions are observed:

  • Washable at max. 30 °C + remove the insole dont wash the insole 

  • Gentle or delicate cycle

  • Low spin speed (max. approx. 600 rpm)

  • No fabric softener

  • No bleach or chemical additives

  • Use a mild, pH-neutral delicate detergent 🧼

  • Ideally wash shoes in a laundry bag: Laundry Net

This gentle cleaning protects the fibres and helps maintain shape stability.

 

3. Hand cleaning (for light soiling)

  • Wipe with a slightly damp cloth

  • Carefully loosen stubborn dirt using a soft brush

  • Do not use aggressive cleaners or solvents

 

4. Drying – material-friendly

Proper drying is essential for the longevity of the shoes:

❌ Not suitable:

  • No tumble dryer

  • Do not place on radiators

✅ Recommended:

  • Carefully reshape the shoes

  • Allow to air-dry

  • Drying in direct sunlight is possible ☀️

 

5. Sole care

  • Clean the rubber sole with a damp cloth

  • Do not use sharp or chemical cleaning agents
