The perfect shoe should feel comfortable from the very beginning. With these simple tips, you can find the right size:
1. Enough Room for Your Toes
Your toes should be able to move freely. Make sure you can easily wiggle them up and down and spread them slightly. Nothing should feel tight or restrictive.
2. A Little Space at the Front
There should be about a thumb's width (approximately 0.5–1 cm) between your longest toe and the front of the shoe. This gives your feet enough room while walking.
3. Secure Heel Fit
Your heel should sit securely in the shoe without slipping. A small amount of movement is normal, but your heel should not lift significantly with every step.
4. Pay Attention to Width
The shoe should comfortably hug your foot without squeezing it. Adequate space in the ball-of-foot area is especially important.
5. Try Shoes on in the Afternoon or Evening
Feet tend to swell slightly throughout the day. That's why it's best to try on new shoes in the afternoon or evening.
6. Try on Both Shoes
Since many people have one foot that is slightly larger than the other, always try on both shoes and use your larger foot as the reference.
Our Tip 🍀
If you are between two sizes, our size guide can help you choose the best fit. Alternatively, you are welcome to order multiple sizes to try on at home.
A well-fitting shoe provides enough room for your toes, secure heel support, and a comfortable feel without pressure points.
