GIESSWEIN currently operates physical stores exclusively in Austria. Therefore, there is no GIESSWEIN store in Düsseldorf or the surrounding area.

Try on your shoes comfortably at home
If you are choosing between two sizes, you can order both sizes together. You are also welcome to compare different styles at home. Please try them on carefully on a clean surface to see which size and style feel most comfortable.
Ordering the different options together can help avoid an additional order and another shipment. This saves packaging and helps reduce transport-related CO₂ emissions.
How does GIESSWEIN make returns more sustainable? 🌱
Returns are first collected at a DHL hub in Aschheim, Germany, or at a corresponding collection hub in other countries. Several returns are then bundled together and transported to GIESSWEIN Walkwaren AG in Brixlegg, Austria.
Consolidating returns reduces the number of individual transport journeys. This helps lower the associated CO₂ emissions and makes the return process more environmentally friendly.
Because returns are transported together, processing may take approximately 14–21 working days. You will receive a confirmation as soon as your return has been processed.
