You are welcome to share your color and product requests with us. We collect feedback from our customers and forward your wishes to our product team and product development department.
🎨 What kind of color requests can I send?
You can let us know, for example:
- which color you would like
- for which GIESSWEIN model you would like this color
- whether you would prefer lighter or darker colors
- whether you prefer natural tones, bright colors or classic colors
- whether you would like an existing color to be available for another model
Examples:
“I would love to see the Volders in red.”
“Will the Wool Peak also be available in a light beige?”
“I would like to buy this shoe, but I would prefer more light-colored options.”
“Why is this model only available in black and dark blue?”

What information should I send?
To help us forward your request as accurately as possible, please let us know:
- Product name / model
- your preferred color
- and, if you like, your shoe size

Will my preferred color be produced?
We are very grateful for your suggestions and take customer feedback into account when developing our product range.
However, we cannot guarantee that a requested color will actually be produced or offered at a specific time.
Materials, colors and collections are regularly planned and developed by our product team.

Can I order a custom color that is not currently available?
No, individual shoes cannot be custom-made in a specific color.
However, you are always welcome to send us your color request. This way, your feedback can be taken into account in future product planning.
🏷️ Does this also apply to discontinued models?
You are of course welcome to share your wishes and feedback about older models as well.
However, for a discontinued / Final Sale model, no new colors, sizes or versions will be produced.
