How to find your order history
- Visit www.giesswein.com.
- Click the customer account icon in the top-right corner.
The icon shows the outline of a person and is located directly next to the shopping cart. - Sign in using the email address you used when placing your order.
- Your customer account contains your order history and the corresponding order numbers.
- Select the relevant order to view its details.
Your order number or customer number serves as an important reference, for example when contacting us or registering a return.
This does not apply to orders placed by telephone or postcard.
Did you order as a guest?
Please check your email inbox as well as your spam or promotions folder. You can find your order number in the order confirmation or on the invoice included in your parcel.
You can also access your order history at www.giesswein.com using the email address provided with your order.
Did you order by telephone or postcard?
Every parcel includes an invoice showing your order number and customer number.
Alternatively, please email us at shop@giesswein.com and provide your complete billing or delivery address:
- First and last name
- Street and house number
- Postal code and town/city
I need a copy of my invoice
You can easily request a copy by emailing shop@giesswein.com. Please include your order number so that we can locate your order as quickly as possible. 🍀
