We take great care to present our products as accurately as possible. However, it may happen that the colour of a shoe looks slightly different after unpacking than it does in the images shown in our online shop.
There are several possible reasons for this:

Every screen displays colours slightly differently. Brightness, contrast, colour temperature and individual display settings can all affect how colours appear on smartphones, tablets or computers.
☀️ Lighting conditions
The surrounding light also influences how colours are perceived. Daylight, warm artificial light or LED lighting can all change the overall colour impression.
🧶 Natural materials
Many GIESSWEIN products are made from high-quality merino wool or other natural materials. Depending on the material structure and the way the light falls, the colour may appear slightly different.
Are the colours changed intentionally?
No. We always aim to show our products as true to life as possible. However, small differences in colour perception cannot be completely avoided for technical reasons.
What can I do if I do not like the colour?
If the colour does not meet your expectations, you can of course return the shoes in accordance with our return conditions.
