How can I find my order in the GIESSWEIN customer account?

👤 Open the customer account / login.
📧 Enter the email address you used to place your order.
You will receive a personal login code by email.
After logging in, you can view the online orders associated with this email address.
There you will also find information about your previous orders.
I have several email addresses – what should I do?
If you use several email addresses, please check them one after another in the customer account.
Only online orders placed with the email address you entered will be displayed in the account.
Example:
Do you have a private and a business email address?
Please log in first with one email address and then with the other.
This allows you to check which email address was used for your order.
I still can’t find my order – what can I do?
If you still cannot find your order or order number, our Customer Service team will be happy to help.
