In your GIESSWEIN customer account, you can view your orders, manage your personal details and register free returns.
1. Click on the account icon
Click on the account icon in the top right corner.
2. Enter your email address
Enter the email address you used for your order.
Please note: If you use several email addresses, we recommend checking the login with each of them. Only orders placed with the entered email address will be shown.
3. Enter the one-time code
You will receive a one-time code by email.
Please enter this code on the login page.
4. Your customer account overview
After logging in, you will find these sections on the left:
📦 Orders
Here you can view your order history.
👤 Profile
Here you can update your personal details, such as email address, phone number, billing and delivery address.
❓ Help Center
Here you can find answers to frequently asked questions.
📦 Returns portal
Here you can create a free return label and register your return.
💡 Tip: If you cannot find an order, please check whether you may have used another email address.
