If you notice an error in your address after placing your order, you can cancel your order online yourself within 60 minutes of completion.
After this period, no further changes can be made as your order will be prepared for shipping immediately. We therefore recommend that you request a redirection from the respective shipping provider.
Not delivered?
If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, it will be automatically returned to us. This process can take up to 14 days. As soon as the package has been returned to us, you will of course receive a refund if you have already paid.
