Would you like to refuse your order, or did you accidentally enter the wrong delivery country or incorrect delivery details when placing your order?
If your order has already been shipped, we are unfortunately no longer able to stop the shipment.
For a DHL delivery within Germany, you can try to refuse the parcel digitally via DHL.
How to refuse a DHL delivery digitally
- Open the DHL shipment tracking page and enter your tracking number:
👉 Open DHL shipment tracking - Open the available delivery options for your shipment.
- Select “Refuse delivery” or “Digital refusal of delivery”.
- Confirm your selection. If required, you may also be asked to enter your email address.
- Once the refusal has been successfully submitted, DHL will automatically return the parcel to the sender, meaning back to GIESSWEIN.
⚠️ Important
Digital refusal of delivery is only possible as long as DHL offers this option for your shipment in the tracking information.
The delivery can be refused digitally as long as the parcel has not yet been loaded onto the delivery vehicle.
Once a digital refusal of delivery has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or reversed.
The “Refuse delivery” option is not available – what can I do?
If digital refusal is no longer available, you can refuse the parcel directly when the DHL delivery driver arrives.
Simply inform the delivery driver that you do not wish to accept the parcel.
DHL will then return the parcel to the sender.
I live in Austria, but my parcel is being delivered to Germany
Even if you live in Austria, for example, DHL delivery options can generally still be used if the DHL delivery itself takes place within Germany.
This can be helpful, for example, if Germany was accidentally selected instead of Austria as the delivery country when placing the order.
