If you can’t accept your parcel, this will happen:
DHL / Post / Colis Privé
There is one single delivery attempt.
After that, the parcel is taken to a nearby parcel shop and is available for collection there.
International shipments with EVRI
Up to 3 delivery attempts will be made.
International shipments with FedEx
The parcel is not automatically taken to a parcel shop.
You must contact FedEx yourself to arrange a new delivery date or parcel shop pickup.
👉 If the parcel is not collected, it will be automatically returned to us.
Tip: Always bring a valid ID when collecting a parcel.
