If your tracking status with EVRi (Evri Limited) shows
“We’re expecting it”, or any customs stop
this means:
- your parcel has already been announced electronically,
- but it is not yet in EVRi’s network.
What is currently happening with my parcel?
Your order is already on its way, but it is still going through the international shipping process from the EU to the United Kingdom.
This process includes the following steps:
- Shipment from our warehouse (EU)
- Export preparation & transport to the UK
- Customs clearance in the United Kingdom
- Handover to EVRi for final delivery
Only after this final step will your parcel appear as active in the EVRi tracking system and receive further updates.
Why are there no updates yet?
The status remains like this because:
- your parcel is still in the customs process
- or it has not yet been scanned by EVRi
➡️ During this phase, tracking updates are usually limited.
How long does this take?
- Customs clearance: approx. 1–5 working days
- After that, delivery by EVRi is usually completed very quickly
Please note:
This process cannot be influenced, as it depends on the customs authorities.
What happens next?
As soon as your parcel has:
✔️ successfully cleared customs
✔️ been handed over to EVRi
- the tracking status will update automatically and your parcel will be delivered shortly.
