If your parcel is stored in a DHL Packstation, you will need a collection code to pick it up.
👉 If you do not have this code, unfortunately we are unable to provide it, as it is issued exclusively by DHL.
Why did I not receive a collection code?
Possible reasons include:
- The email with the code may have landed in your spam folder
- The code may only have been displayed in the DHL app
- There may have been a delay in the delivery notification
How to get your collection code as quickly as possible
👉 1. DHL App (recommended – fastest option)
- Open the DHL Parcel App
- Log in with your details
- Your parcel and collection code should be displayed there directly
👉 2. DHL Tracking
- Enter your tracking number
- Check the current shipment status
