Why isn't my tracking being updated?
There are several possible reasons:
📍 Scan delays
Not every parcel is scanned at every transit point. As a result, the tracking information may not be updated until the next processing step.
📅 Weekends and public holidays
During weekends and public holidays, parcels may only be processed to a limited extent. Tracking updates are therefore often delayed until the next business day.
🚚 Transportation between distribution centres
Your parcel may already be in transit to the next distribution centre or delivery depot, even if this is not yet visible in the tracking information.
When should I contact Customer Service?
If your tracking status has not changed for several business days or if you notice anything unusual in the tracking information, our Customer Service team will be happy to assist you.
