How to log in:
Go to our website: www.giesswein.com
On desktop: Click on the customer account icon in the top right corner – right next to the shopping cart.
On mobile: Open the menu in the bottom right corner and select the login area.
Enter your email address.
You will then automatically receive your personal access code via 📧 email.
Please note: The access code is valid for 15 minutes.
ℹ️ Important information:
In your customer account, you will only see orders that were placed online using the email address you entered.
Didn’t receive your access code? Try these tips:
Check your spam folder to see if the email landed there.
Make sure there is enough storage space in your email inbox.
Try using a different browser and attempt the login again.
Alternatively, contact your email provider and describe the issue.
On mobile: Simply go to the menu in the bottom right corner and select the login area.
Log in with your email address – your personal access code will then be sent to you automatically by email.
