Please note: A new payment is required for a new order. The amount from your original order will be refunded to your original payment method once your return has been processed.
2. Exchange via the return form (processing may take up to 3 weeks)
Alternatively, you can write your exchange request by hand on the return form included with every shipment within the EU — for example: “Size too small – please one size larger.” We will do our best to fulfill your request, provided the item is still available.
