Klarna is available for customers with a delivery address in the following countries:
- DE-Germany
- AT-Austria
- FR-France
- BE-Belgium
- UK-United Kingdom
The Klarna payment options available for your order will be displayed automatically during checkout.
How can I pay with Klarna?
Here is how it works:
- 🛒 Add the desired items to your shopping cart.
- ➡️ Proceed to checkout.
- 📍 Enter your complete delivery address and the correct delivery country.
- 💳 The payment methods available for your delivery country will then be displayed.
- 🧾 If Klarna is available for your order, you can select Klarna as your payment method.
💡 Important: Klarna will only be displayed if the relevant requirements for your order are met. Availability is checked automatically during the ordering process.
Klarna is not displayed – why?
If Klarna is not displayed during checkout, please check:
- whether your delivery address has been entered completely
- whether the correct delivery country has been selected
- whether your first name, last name, street and house number have been entered correctly
- whether Klarna is available for your order and selected delivery country
Approval of a Klarna payment is handled by Klarna. GIESSWEIN therefore cannot manually influence whether this payment method is displayed or approved.
If Klarna is not offered, you can select one of the other payment methods displayed during checkout.
⚡ EPS Bank Transfer
Available for customers in:
- Austria
If EPS is available for your order, this payment method will automatically be displayed during checkout.
⚡ Bancontact
Available for customers in:
- Belgium
The option will automatically be displayed during checkout when an eligible delivery address is entered.
⚡ MobilePay
Available for customers in:
- Denmark
- Finland
⚡ TWINT
TWINT is available to customers from Switzerland via our EU shop.
⚡ Przelewy24
Available for customers in:
- Poland
Why are not all payment methods displayed?
The available payment methods depend, among other things, on your delivery country and your order.
Individual payment methods may therefore be automatically displayed or hidden during checkout.
💡 Tip: Enter your complete delivery address first. You will then see the payment methods available for your order.
Can I use a discount code?
Yes.
If you have a discount code, you can enter it in the “Discount code” field in your shopping cart or during checkout and then click “Apply”.
Please note:
- One discount code can be used per order.
- Discount codes cannot be combined.
- Online promotions and discount codes cannot always be used for telephone orders placed via the GIESSWEIN Order Hotline.
