The ARN number (Acquirer Reference Number) is a unique reference number for card payments (such as Visa, Mastercard, etc.).
It is used to track refunds within the banking system.
What do I need the ARN number for?
If we have issued a refund to you, it may take a few days for the amount to appear in your account.
👉 With the ARN number, your bank can:
- locate the refund in their system
- check the current status
- assign the payment more quickly
Where can I find the ARN number?
- The ARN is not visible on your bank statement
- It is provided by us (the merchant)
- Your bank can use this number internally
How do I use the ARN number correctly?
- Contact your bank or card provider
- Provide the ARN number
- Ask for:

How long does a refund take?
Even if the refund has already been issued:
- it may take several business days to appear
- depending on your bank and payment provider
👉 In some cases, the refund may appear with a different booking date

- The ARN is only applicable to card payments (credit/debit cards)
- For PayPal or other payment methods, different reference numbers are used
