It may happen that an item is still available when you add it to your shopping cart, but is already sold out by the time you complete your order.
This is because our stock levels are updated continuously in real time. Orders placed in our online shop are processed every second, and available items are allocated immediately to incoming orders.
An item is only reserved once the order has been successfully completed. Adding a product to the shopping cart therefore does not constitute a reservation. As long as the order has not yet been completed, other customers may still purchase the same item.
This can happen particularly with popular models or during promotional campaigns.
