Where can I find my invoice or order number, and how can I request a copy of my invoice?

Your order number is an important reference for questions, returns or complaints.

GIESSWEIN order numbers always begin with:

  • GW...
  • VSKT...

If you have a different number, please check your order confirmation or invoice again.

 

Where can I find my order number?

You can find your order number in several places:

  • 📧 in your order confirmation, which you received by email
  • 📄 on your invoice, which is included in your parcel
  • 👤 in your GIESSWEIN customer account under your order history

Exception: For orders placed by phone or by mail/order card, no order confirmation email is currently sent.

 

How to find your order history in your GIESSWEIN customer account

  1. Open www.giesswein.com.
  2. Click on the customer account icon in the top right-hand corner. The icon shows the outline of a person and is located next to the shopping cart.
  3. Log in using the email address you used for your order.
  4. In your customer account, you will find your order history with the corresponding order numbers.
  5. Select the relevant order to view the order details.

Your order number serves as an important reference number, for example for questions, complaints or returns.

 

Did you order as a guest?

Even if you placed your order as a guest, you can easily find your order number.

Please check:

  • your order confirmation email
  • your spam or promotional folder
  • the invoice included in your parcel

Your order number will also begin with GW... or VSKT... for guest orders.

You can also log in at www.giesswein.com using the email address you used for your order and view your order history.

 

Did you order by phone or by mail/order card? 

For orders placed by phone or by mail/order card, no order confirmation email is currently sent.

However, your parcel includes an invoice showing your order number and customer number.

We recommend keeping this invoice for any future questions.

If you no longer have the invoice, please contact us by email:

Please provide your full delivery address:

  • First and last name
  • Street and house number
  • Postal code and city

This helps us locate your order in our system as quickly as possible.

 

Where can I find my invoice?

Your invoice is included in your GIESSWEIN parcel.

Please check the documents inside your shipment first.

💡 Important: The invoice cannot currently be downloaded from your GIESSWEIN customer account. However, you can view your order history and the corresponding order numbers there.

 

I need a copy of my invoice

Have you misplaced your invoice or do you need an additional copy?

We will be happy to send you another copy.

Simply contact us at:

Please include your order number (GW... or VSKT...).

If you no longer know your order number, please provide instead:

  • First and last name
  • Full delivery address
  • For online orders, the email address used for the order

This allows us to locate your order as quickly as possible and send you the requested invoice copy. 🍀
