A website or link is not loading – what can I do?

We are sorry that the page you wish to access is not loading correctly. The following steps will often resolve the issue.

1. Refresh the page

Refresh the page using the corresponding button in your browser. On a computer, you can also use the following keyboard shortcuts:

  • Windows: Ctrl + F5
  • Mac: Cmd + Shift + R

 

2. Check your internet connection

Try opening another website. If necessary, switch:

  • from Wi-Fi to mobile data
  • to a different Wi-Fi network
  • from your smartphone to a computer or vice versa

 

3. Use a private browser window

Open the page in a private or incognito window. This prevents previously stored browser data from being used initially.

 

4. Clear your cache and cookies

Outdated browser data can prevent a page from loading. Clear the cache and cookies for giesswein.com. Then close your browser and open the page again.

5. Try a different browser
