You can use this label to drop off your parcel free of charge at a post office near you.

Please enter your order number as the reference number.
Be sure to include the completed return form in your package to ensure quick and smooth processing.
Returns from Switzerland or Liechtenstein; United Kingdom, USA:
A return label is not included in the parcel.
Please register your return in advance online at www.giesswein.com/return.
You will then receive a free return label, which you can print out and attach clearly to the parcel.
As always, please include the return form with your shipment.
Important:
Please do not send any parcels without a return label, as this may result in unnecessary additional costs.
Processing a return can take up to 3 weeks.
