For returns/refunds from certain countries, the return must be registered online before the parcel is sent back. This applies in particular to countries where customs clearance is required.
This especially applies to returns from:
- CH – Switzerland / CH / Switzerland
- LI – Liechtenstein / FL
- US – USA / US / United States
- GB – Great Britain / UK / United Kingdom
The return must be registered via the GIESSWEIN returns portal:
👉 Register your GIESSWEIN return
⚠️ Important: Each order must be registered separately
If you would like to return items from several orders, each order number must be registered separately in the returns portal.
For each order:
1 order number GW... = 1 separate return registration = 1 corresponding return label
The return label generated through the returns portal is linked to the respective order and to the subsequent processing of the refund.
Therefore, always use the return label that was created specifically for that order number.
How to make your return
- Open the GIESSWEIN returns portal:
👉 www.giesswein.com/return - Enter the required details for your order.
- Select the items you would like to return.
- Complete the return registration for this order number.
- Create or download the return label belonging to this order.
- Attach the return label clearly and securely to your parcel.
- Send the parcel according to the instructions provided with the return label.
I want to return items from several orders
Please register each order separately.
Example:
Order 1
→ separate return registration
→ its own return label
Order 2
→ separate return registration
→ its own return label
Please do not use the return label from one order for another order.
Why is a separate return registration so important?
The return label generated in the returns portal helps us assign your return to the correct order number.
Once the return reaches us, this allows us to identify:
- which order the return belongs to
- which items were returned
- which order the refund must be assigned to
⚠️ An incorrect or missing registration may delay your refund
If a return:
- was not registered online before being sent,
- was sent using a return label belonging to another order, or
- contains items from several orders that were not registered separately,
the automatic allocation of the return may not work correctly.
This can delay the processing of your refund.
Returns from Switzerland or Liechtenstein
For orders from Switzerland (CH) or Liechtenstein (FL), a prepaid return label is not automatically enclosed with the parcel.
Please therefore register your return online first:
After completing the registration, you will receive the return label intended for your order.
Returns from the USA
Returns from the USA / US / United States must also be registered through the GIESSWEIN returns portal.
GIESSWEIN provides a prepaid return label for returns from the USA through the designated returns process.
Returns from Great Britain / UK
For returns from Great Britain / UK / United Kingdom, please also register your return online first:
After registration, please use only the return label created for the respective order.
I have already sent my return without registering it online
If you have already sent your return and did not register it beforehand through the GIESSWEIN returns portal, the return may not be allocated automatically.
Please make sure to keep your proof of postage and tracking number.
If your refund is still missing after the return has been processed, please contact our Customer Service team and provide:
- order number
- name
- returned items
- return tracking number
This will help us check your return specifically.
