You can easily create a new return label through our returns portal:

Depending on your country, you will receive either:
- a return label to print, or
- a QR code that you can show to the shipping provider. The return label will then be printed for you.
The available option depends on the shipping provider and your country.
I no longer have the shipping box
That is not a problem.
You can use another sturdy shipping box for your return.
What should I include in the return parcel?
If the return form is no longer available, simply include a note with the following information:
- Your order number
This allows us to assign your return quickly and correctly.
