Returns from Austria can be dropped off at a suitable Austrian Post location.

📦 Did you order via Amazon?
If you ordered your GIESSWEIN products through Amazon, you can simply use the return label included in your parcel.
Alternatively, you can create a completely free return label via our returns portal:

Please keep the receipt or proof of drop-off for your return in a safe place.
Keep it until you have received your refund confirmation by email from GIESSWEIN or, for an Amazon order, the corresponding refund confirmation from Amazon.
