If you selected Klarna as your payment method, you can register your return directly in your Klarna account. This will pause the outstanding amount until your return has been received and processed by us.
Once the return has been confirmed, your invoice will automatically be adjusted or canceled, depending on whether you returned part or all of your order. This helps you avoid unnecessary reminders or payments during the return process.
For payments made by credit card or PayPal, no new invoice will be issued either.
Once your return has been processed, the corresponding amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
