If you return any items, you only need to pay for what you keep.
Once we have received your return, the corresponding amount will be credited and reported to Klarna. Klarna will then update your invoice, and you will only need to pay the adjusted amount.
To avoid receiving a payment reminder from Klarna, please report your return directly to Klarna so that your invoice is paused until the return has arrived with us.
If you have already paid the full invoice amount, Klarna will refund the overpaid amount once the return has been processed.
Please note that Klarna is only available for deliveries to Germany (DE) and Austria (AT). We kindly ask for your understanding.
