If you are returning your order from within the EU (Europe), you do not need to register your return. Simply attach the included return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest post office. The return label is prepaid, so there’s no additional effort or cost for you. The refund process may take up to 21 days.
Return registration is only required if you are sending your parcel back from CH (Switzerland), US (United States), or UK (United Kingdom).
