How can I create a free return label for europe?

Step-by-step instructions:

  1. Visit our return portal: Welcome to the Giesswein Return Portal

  2. Select your country
    Tip: You can change the language in the top right corner.

  3. Click on Generate return label

  4. Enter your address details:

    • ZIP code

    • City

    • Street

    • House number

  5. Enter your contact details:

    • First name

    • Last name

    • Email address

    • Your Giesswein order number / reference number

  6. Confirm: The parcel does not exceed 31.5 kg and 120 × 60 × 60 cm

  7. Confirm:; I have read the privacy policy

  8. Confirm: I am not a robot

  9. You can now download and print your free return label.

Please attach the return label securely to your parcel.

 

IMPORTANT:
Always include your order number inside the return package so our returns team can correctly assign your return.

 

Where can I drop off my return parcel?

  • Austria: POST AT

  • Germany: DHL

  • France: DHL or Colis Privé

  • Benelux (Luxembourg, Belgium, Netherlands): DHL

  • Italy: DHL
