How can I create a free return label for international countries (CH, UK, US)?

To receive a free return label for international countries such as Switzerland (CH), the United Kingdom (UK) or the United States (US), it is mandatory to register your return online in advance. IMPORTANT: Only items that have been registered online as a return can be refunded.

Step-by-step return registration (CH / UK / US)

1. Open the following link:
   https://sendback.giesswein.com/b2c/

2. Select your country.
   Tip: You can change the language in the top right corner.

3. Enter your order number and postal code.

4. Click “Register”.

5. Select the items you want to return manually and click each item individually.
   IMPORTANT: Please only select the items you actually want to return.

6. Once you have selected all items, click “Next”.

7. Enter your email address.

8. Click “Return / Send back”.

9. You will receive your free return label by email.
   The label also shows which carrier you need to use and where to drop off your parcel.

10. Print the return label and attach it clearly visible to your parcel.

Please make sure to include your order number inside the return parcel so our returns team can correctly assign your return.
