Your return is first sent to a DHL consolidation center in Germany (Aschheim).
In the tracking system, the parcel may already appear as “delivered”.
Important: At this stage, your return has not yet arrived at Giesswein.
Transport to Austria
Returns are collected and bundled, then transported together to Austria.
