When will I receive my money?
- We process the refund directly after your return has arrived and been checked
- The time it takes for the money to reach you depends on Amazon

If you have still not received your refund after some time:
- Please contact Amazon Customer Service directly
In this case, Giesswein has already submitted the refund to Amazon, and Amazon is responsible for the further payment process.
