When you send a return, you receive the tracking number directly from the shipping provider (for example DHL, postal service, Colis Privé, etc.) — either on the drop-off receipt or digitally. This number serves as your personal proof of shipment and allows you to track your return in real time.

The tracking number is available only to you as the sender of the parcel. With DHL, for example, these numbers often begin with JJD.... We, as the recipient — Giesswein Walkwaren AG — do not have access to this number unless you actively provide it to us.
Please always share your Giesswein order number with us as well, so we can check whether your return has already arrived.
If you no longer have the receipt, we recommend contacting the shipping provider directly. In some cases, they may still be able to help based on the drop-off date, time, and location.
As soon as your return arrives at our warehouse, it will of course be processed as quickly as possible.
