If you have already sent your return back to us but forgot to include the order number or a return form, this is usually not a problem.
👍 Good to know:
If you used the return label that was included in your parcel or generated via our return portal with your order number, your return can be clearly assigned to your order. The label contains all necessary information, so an additional return form is not required.
What does this mean for you?
- Your return will be processed even without an enclosed return form.
- A separate message with your order number or proof of shipment is usually not necessary.
- As soon as your return arrives at our facility, it will be processed automatically.
👍 Our tip:
For even faster processing, you may optionally include the return form or a copy of the invoice – however, this is not mandatory.
