After you hand over your parcel to the shipping carrier, it is first transported to our returns/distribution centre.
Please note: Our returns/distribution centre does not carry out the final return inspection. The returns are forwarded to our location in Austria: Giesswein Walkwaren AG.
The processing of a return takes 7 to 21 business days from the day you hand over the parcel.
Only after your return has arrived and been checked will the refund be issued automatically to your original payment method.
You will also receive a confirmation by email once your return has been processed.
💡 Good to know: Even if the tracking already shows delivery, processing may still take a few business days. Please allow the full processing time of 7 to 21 business days before contacting our customer service team.
