I have already sent my parcel back. Has my return already been processed?

Not immediately.

There are several steps between handing in your parcel and the final processing:

  1. Handing the parcel over to the shipping carrier
    Tip: Please always keep your drop-off receipt safe.
  2. Transport to our returns centre
  3. Forwarding to our location in Austria:
    Giesswein Walkwaren AG
  4. Receipt of the return
  5. Inspection of the items
  6. Automatic refund to your original payment method

💡 This entire process usually takes 7 to 21 business days inside Europe.

Once your return has been processed, you will automatically receive a confirmation by email, provided you ordered via www.giesswein.com.

Tip: If more than 21 business days have passed since you sent your return, please contact us at shop@giesswein.com and include a photo of your drop-off receipt as well as your GIESSWEIN order number.
